Welcome to ZukLab, operated by Nefertiti Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our AI content generation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of ZukLab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

ZukLab is an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to create images, videos, and other media using artificial intelligence models. Our service includes:

• Text-to-image generation
• Text-to-video generation
• Image-to-video conversion
• Image editing and manipulation
• Reference-based content generation
• Content storage and management (temporary, 7-day retention)

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use ZukLab, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to use ZukLab to create, upload, or generate:

• NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Content depicting nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized imagery
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Spam, malware, or malicious content

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass or circumvent our content safety filters
• Use automated systems to generate excessive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

5. Content Safety and Moderation

ZukLab employs automated content safety detection systems to maintain a professional and safe environment. We reserve the right to:

• Block, reject, or remove content that violates our policies
• Review and moderate all generated content
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

Our content safety systems are designed to detect NSFW, explicit, and inappropriate content. Attempts to bypass these systems are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using ZukLab. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Display your content within the platform
• Use your content for service improvement and analytics (anonymized)

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

ZukLab, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Nefertiti Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6.3 Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or reference does not infringe on third-party rights. We are not liable for any copyright or intellectual property violations resulting from your use of the service.

7. Content Storage and Retention

Generated content is stored temporarily for your convenience:

• Content is retained for 7 days from the date of generation
• After 7 days, content may be automatically deleted
• Content URLs may become inaccessible after expiration
• We recommend downloading and saving your content before it expires
• We are not responsible for lost content after the retention period

8. Payment and Credits

ZukLab operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to generate content
• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable
• Credit prices and consumption rates are subject to change
• Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability at all times
• Specific generation times or quality levels
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

DISCLAIMER: ZukLab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nefertiti Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of ZukLab.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nefertiti Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of ZukLab
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create, upload, or generate

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to ZukLab at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or payment issues
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use ZukLab will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated content, subject to our retention policies.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or ZukLab shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nefertiti Limited regarding your use of ZukLab and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
